Domain Name Terms of Service

1. New Domain Name registration comes as part of the customer website package for which there is no direct charge to the customer.

2. Unless specifically requested Domain Names are registered in the Autoweb.co.uk Ltd name.

3. Domain Names are automatically renewed before expiry date so there is no break in service or charge to the customer.

4. If a customer wishes to move to another website provider at the end of their contract, Autoweb.co.uk Ltd will transfer the domain free of charge.

5. If a customer wishes to contact Autoweb.co.uk Ltd about any issue regarding our domain services, please use the following contacts

6. We will endeavour to respond to domain related contacts within 24hrs

7. We will endeavour to respond to customer complaints and will work with customers to resolve any domain name issue within 24hrs.

Domain Registration and Renewal

All domain registrations and renewals are bound by the Nominet terms and conditions which you can find by following this link: http://www.nominet.org.uk/go/terms

Autoweb will register or transfer a domain name as part of the website package.
There is no charge for this service.

Autoweb will auto-renew domain names for current customers.
There is no charge for this service.

Maintenance of domain registration for all customers is free of charge with all costs absorbed by Autoweb.co.uk Ltd.

On contract termination with Autoweb.co.uk Ltd we will transfer domain names completely free of charge to your new service provider.

Complaints Escalation Procedure


We aim to give good service and value for money, however we recognise that from time to time issues can arise that need to be escalated. The following section gives information on how to contact us, and what to do if you have a complaint.

Step one: how to contact us

If you are unhappy with any of our services, or you feel that you have not received a satisfactory response from our Customer Support teams, you may send your complaint in writing to:

You should expect to receive a response to your query within five working days of us receiving your correspondence.

Step two: what we will do

On receipt of your complaint our Customer Support Team will thoroughly investigate any issues raised and propose a course of action for resolution.

Step three: if you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with the action we plan to take, you should request that your complaint be referred to the Technical Director.

Once you have a response from our Technical Director, if you remain unsatisfied with our attempts to resolve the issue, you can contact Trading Standards.
