The Customer Support Team are responsible for answering client calls, processing client emails, processing tickets and working through allocated tickets assigned to the customer support team. its a fast paced, fun environment and no two days are ever the same!
We have internal training on all aspects of the role, this is ongoing as new processes are put in place. We face challenges all the time within the role, but we work through them as a team and work out the best solution to overcome them.
We are always learning new skills to help with the job, from amending content on dealers’ websites, setting up sellers, setting up microsites, and managing clients’ expectations.
There are lot's of opportunities to progress and develop yourself. If you work hard and show that you are willing to learn then it will be rewarded . Lots of our team members have moved into other roles within the company, or progressed within the team!
We have a Customer Support Manager and Team Leader within our team, so there's lots of support. We all work together and help each other out if someone has a lot on, we always try and help to ease the work load. On a daily basis we work closely with the account management team and design production team to ensure the clients needs are met.
Our workload is scheduled by Jira, a ticket system that assigns tasks to different departments, dependent on the level or type of work required. We are assigned tickets to a team mailbox, which we all manage individually. We're all super organised!
Don't be scared to ask questions and don’t worry if you don’t understand the processes or how to do something straight away. Over time it will become second nature and one day you will just know what to do, so keep at it and keep smiling!
